Placing orders

Payment
Cash payment on delivery, PayPal, traditional transfer, credit and debit cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days (or on delivery). All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of the goods shall take place at the address specified by the Buyer on the date specified by the Seller. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. The date of delivery specified by the Seller is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract.
Withdrawal from the contract
The agreement between the User and the seller is a distance contract, which means that the User may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period of 14 days is counted from the moment of receiving the parcel.
Warranty
You have the right to use the warranty within 2 years, in the event of detection of hidden defects of the product or its non-compliance with the contract. Product repair or replacement will be offered first. If repair or replacement is not possible, you will receive a full refund for the product or service.
Warranty claims will be processed without undue delay, within a maximum of 14 days from their receipt. In the absence of a response within 14 days, the user's complaint is deemed to have been accepted.
